I want to personally thank all of my amazing clients who have trusted me to capture and document small parts of their lives and allowed me to share them with you.
I just got home from meeting my new, beautiful, sweet niece! I was really worried on my trip home that we were not able to get any good pictures of her for her announcements, but, as I was sitting at my computer editing them....I started tearing up. Just thought I would share some of the pictures from her first (of many, I'm sure) photo shoots.....Hope you enjoy!
A few weeks ago I met up with my BFF Jennifer and her son Jacob. It was a gorgeous day outside and they were willing to help me scout out new locations. Figured worse case scenerio, we could get a couple of good shots of the boys. However....ONE of our boys was NOT cooperating...see if you can guess which one!
We did manage to get in a quick History lesson....
And this one's for you Jake! Thanks for being such a good model!
And if you're wondering if MY child ever chilled out.....well, let's just say this is the best one I got of him that day...
I'm self taught when it comes to Photoshop, so everything I do takes a huge amount of time and googling! I've been asked to do a storyboard where the pictures fade into one another, so that has been my latest obsession. I finally sat down this morning and was determined to figure this out! In the meantime, I used two of my favorite pictures to play around with...now, if I could just find the perfect caption....
You know you are slacking on being a good mom when your youngest ask "How come you don't take pictures of me anymore?". So, today, after school, I took Jaxon out to take a few pictures of him, by himself. It was a little chilly, so we didn't stay out to long. And I know my husband is going to kill me for the hat picture...but Jaxon insisted on having a picture with the hat and scarf!
